Used to be great. Definitely has gone downhill. The employees just ignore you- even when it’s not busy. Doesn’t really seem like they know what they’re doing or that they even care. Their products are always depleted and if you ever ask the employees anything they either don’t know the answer or don’t care enough to help. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them… it’s a very off putting experience..and beyond all that, on a corporate level, the quality of the food has gone in the gutter. You can taste that the recipes have all changed and not for the better. Example- the donuts icing fall off even sitting in the display case. Hopeful that the brand can remember that Canadians don’t want a fast...
Trying to redeem point on the app, no one knows what going on, not allowing me to redeem my points to get free food, laugh at me, and makes me pay for the food also think I'm stupid and ask me do I have enough point to redeem worst people ever on the night shift. Even the supervisor is useless. No clue how to redeem points on the app and also tell me to pay for my food. No issue redeeming points on other tim hortons.Not care , not helping , making fun of customer think they are stupid.
My wife ordered a small ice cap with half the amount of cream and a 4 cheese bagle she then went to pick the ice cap up and the lid was not on properly spilt the ice cap all over her self as well as all over the car when I called we got someone who said he was the manager who was extremely rude and mouthy (ronan) he said his name was all he keep say nope it was on I serviced it you don't know what your talking about I did not spill it on your wife she spilt it on herself
it always seems very slow in the inside or in the car thru, went on Saturday morning on to work away and wanted an early piece wrap, no hashbrowns for farmer wrap, no problem said they would do it without, then came back and told me no worries. unbroken order and left. strange no breakfast for Saturday breakfast time. never write reviews, but always for ever and not the first time after it in the line for min or more, she could not accommodate me Réservez une table maintenant

drive them thru is extremely slow I understand that it is the only one in the opposite, but visit the line up is from the parking lot. They get our order regularly wrong, even if the simplest things are ordered. very rare our coffee is made as we requested. I don't understand why it's so hard.
The coffee at this restaurant tastes like warm water with cream, even the dark roast is terrible. I have noticed a decline in quality over the past few months. I would rather drive to the Starbucks down the road and pay twice as much for something that actually tastes like coffee.
