Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

On at approx. 2:30 p.m. Tuesday August 15, 2023 we stopped in for coffee at Tim Hortons at 153 Elizabeth St. in Brighton. While most everything was good we took issue with the condition of the bathrooms.I used the Men/Women's washroom. The toilet seat was up when I entered and there was feces and urine so caked on it was flaking off the seat. It was so gross. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The rest of the room wasn't great either.I tried to find a person who might care about it's condition but there didn't seem to be anyone who would care in the least. This is the worst Tim Hortons I know of. The only reason it gets any of my business is because I live in Brighton. If I am in Trenton or elsewhere I will get something at another Tim's before coming home. Numerous times they have messed up our orders I like London Fog but my husband just came home with one for me and they missed the syrup AGAIN. This has happened at least 5 or 6 times. The same with others whom I know. And the 3 sour cream tidbits that he ordered are chocolate. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!!

The service is consistently excellent! However, I believe staff should refrain from using terms of endearment like "love" when addressing customers. As a 57-year-old, I find it inappropriate and unprofessional. When I kindly requested that the server not call me "love," she responded rudely, laughing instead of apologizing. I would appreciate it if the staff could be trained to avoid using such nicknames when interacting with customers. Thank you!

I had a troubling experience at the restaurant. Heather confronted me when she saw me tending to a burn. She tried to grab my hat and pulled my hair, which was quite unnerving. Although I was told I was “fired,” I haven’t received any official communication about it. Réservez une table maintenant

Came to this Tim’s and I swear the line was so long, didn’t want to stop because usually if it’s a long line, it takes forever. But this Tim’s had everyone done in 5 minutes, awesome job guys. You deserve some sorta award.

Was very busy, but it was Sunday morning. Plus the delivery truck was there.Definitely need another location in this area. Otherwise, coffee is definitely one of the better Tims coffee we've had.

This location has the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. Maybe should be cleaned or at the very least checked more
