Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

I recently visited the Tim Hortons restaurant in Kanata and found it to be a mixed experience. The convenience of having numerous tables close to electrical outlets was a major plus for someone like me who wanted to work on my laptop. It made it easy to plug in and stay productive.However, I was disappointed to find that the tables were not properly cleaned. There were crumbs and stains scattered across them, despite the presence of several employees working at the time. Ordered drive-through. The person on the other end paid zero attention. Also put us on hold without notice while we were ordering. We repeated our order. Pulled up to the window to only see that they got our order wrong. No surprise there. We asked them what do they want us to do to get the items we ordered but they never made? We were told something to the tune of 'park outside we will get them for you. ' We parked and waited for 15 mins.... Crickets... went in and ordered again and waited another 15 mins to get the food. Because they first ran out of eggs... then ran out of sausage. We had to change our order to chicken wrap instead of farmers wrapThe entire experience looks like a mishap...

Made me late 3 days in a row. If you order a take 12 here you will be waiting 20-30 mins. Doesn't matter if you order ahead and Doesn't matter who is working. What they do is continue to serve other people until the line is completely gone and then they work on your take 12 until another line forms. The excuse is always that the coffee takes time to brew. Nope no that's not it is because there is no management implementing any system of efficiency here whatsoever.

They are so slow here and not impressed with the way they seem like they don't want to be there. Never smile look like they hate it and hate you ? and pizza is like just bread why would I pay that price for bread? Come on now stop being cheap with the toppings.

A pretty decent Tim Hortons that doesn’t seem to get too busy. Service is fast and efficient, and the place is well maintained. My biggest problem with this location is that they are always out of many kinds of donuts and bagels towards the evening.

Every single week I get my cold foam on the side in a cup... this week the store manager decides its double the price and claims I have never came here before... I'll be letting head office know since all my purchases are logged on

Tried the new pizza, it was good! Enough for 2 people to share, crust is thin. Went through DT and had to wait bit in parking lot for pizza, longer than I would expect.

I ordered a french vanilla and it tastes disgusting. The drink was not blended properly. There are lot of coffee clumps in the drink. Very upsetting ?

If you need to dine in or take out, sadly, go to another location as the staff are more focused on the drive threw.

They even charge for an empty paper cup, which is unusual, their service is slow.
