I understand that many franchises in Ontario are being acquired by individuals of East Indian descent, but that shouldn't mean customers have to adapt to new ways. This is a Canadian company, and it's important that all staff can speak and comprehend the language. It's frustrating to be told that they don't understand my order. Additionally, when placing an order at the drive-thru, it's not acceptable for staff to struggle with basic orders while communicating with customers.

New review:Google reviews obviously work. This place has upped its game and is doing well now!Old review:This must be a learning training store. It's the slowest Tim Hortons in Canada. It's the only Tim Horton's where I've ever heard people honking their horns! The other two Tim Horton's in Wasaga Beach run like well oiled machines...this one seems like a training store...which is bizarre as it's serving the busiest section of Wasaga Beach!

I ordered a sausage farmer's wrap, a Boston cream donut, and a medium dark roast coffee. I received the coffee and the donut, which are available at the counter, but they forgot the wrap. This Tim Hortons always seems to miss orders when I place more than three items; it's been happening consistently for the past two months. - Bouke

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was marred by a disappointing experience. I ordered a specific item, but received the wrong one. To make matters worse, the manager's behavior was quite poor, as they refused to acknowledge their mistake. This left me with a less than satisfactory impression of the establishment. Three times I've been there now over a short period and my order was wrong, I could happen when busy, but at 4:45 in the morning when no other vehicles in the drive through and not open for walk ins is just a pure sign of stupidity.

Ordered a medium hot chocolate smokey honey bacon BELT. Get to window, get my hot chocolate and a english mcmuffin. Not what i paid for and not local so big inconvience after 10 mins of driving away.

Usually, I have a great experience at this restaurant with good service and delicious food. However, today I ordered a half dozen assorted muffins and only received carrot muffins. Thank you.

The Boston Cream was kind of sad. The icing either melted or was made too runny. At least it had cream inside though. Réservez une table maintenant
