Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

Really easy to take this three star to a five....food and drinks are good. Prices are great. But PLEASE tell your staff to CLEAN the tables!! I had to ask one of your employees to wipe a table top for me. It was filthy. He did. Then he walked away, rag in hand, and ignored the cleaning of all the other table tops....guys common! Who is training these people??

Fateh and Taylor assisted us with our orders. These young women were incredibly helpful and patient as we decided what to get. The restaurant was clean and cozy, and the temperature inside was comfortable despite it being July. As for parking, there’s a free lot with plenty of spaces available.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. I waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich, and they ended up serving customers who arrived after me. I only received my order after I spoke up about the delay, and there was no apology offered for the inconvenience.

It's better to use the drive-thru because otherwise, you'll be completely overlooked. The management is ineffective, constantly yelling at the staff without achieving anything. They really need to reassess their priorities, as they're losing customers every day. Réservez une table maintenant

Took some time to be acknowledged while waiting at the cash to order. Seems like drive through is the focus and priority. Wish things regressed to how things used to be where if you came into the restaurant that you were the priority.

Service is a bit slow, but stuff are nice. It looks like they always have fun there, because I often hear loud laughter in the background, ?
