Each time we go in, there is some kind of an issue and it is getting really tiring. It used to be 8/10 we would come in and things were correct and it was a pleasant experience which is fine and expected, now it is 1.5/10 which is unacceptable but these employees here think it is okay and funny.There is this one guy that is at the Beverly location, he takes our order most of the time and conveniently every time we are missing items from our order, cream was forgotten so we can burn our mouths first thing in the morning or something is made wrong, he is there. 11:30 am they had to “check if they can do a bacon breakfast sandwich”. Then they had no hash browns for 15 minutes he said. terrible service! This restaurant obviously puts more priority to drive through customers, than their walk in customers! There was a huge lineup inside, and no one serving us! The staff were catering to the drive-through! The place was dirty, and I will never go

Went and got a bagel, there was a bunch of employees just sitting there not doing anything and took 15 minutes to get my bagel only for it to be ice cold. Never going to this location ever again. The employees suck and don't know what they're doing.

Worst wrap I have ever had. If its falling apart because its stuck to the grill don't serve it. $8.99 unreal. I had to throw it in the garbage.

Always fine hours are strange and often different depending on staff level so that is inconvenient at times
