The staff lacks proper training. Recently, I was charged for something I never authorized. This occurred after I scanned my Timscard through the app with auto payment, which successfully processed my payment. However, the cashier couldn't see it and asked me to scan again, which I did. She then consulted with another employee who confirmed that my order was accepted. Unfortunately, they never canceled my initial scan, and as a result, someone who came in after me ended up getting a free breakfast.
I ordered several food items from this location using Uber. My purchase arrived with a single drink only and a receipt scrawled with a handwritten note said, Sorry we don 't have these items with the full charges. The staff did not notify me via app so I could alter or cancel, and did not remove the unfulfilled items from my charges. Poor customer service all around.
This tim is not up to the level of other tims, Staff is not well trained they don't know how to take orders, they dont know how to punch orders, I work in tims so i knew how to do it so, i told them how to punch things. Also, the boston Cream bagel provided was smelling stale, and i had to take another one. Basically, it's not a good TIM HORTONS.
This is the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. I ordered an egg and cheese farmer's wrap, and it took 20 minutes to get my food, even though there was no line. The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, they never provide sleeves for hot drinks, and when I asked for one, they made faces. What is going on??? Réservez une table maintenant
Fairly large location situated in a outdoor shopping complex. Ample free parking all around via the shopping complex lot. Service has always been a bit unreliable. Most staff seem hesitant and or new? No complaints with food or drink quality. Sometimes the seating areas are not as clean as they should be.
