was there today and they didn't understand what a bacon farmers biscuit was and kept saying bacon on a bagel, they then proceeded to make me park out back for my food, i waited there for 20 minutes and decided i should go in, found out they still weren't making my food so i asked for a refund and they didnt want to give me one and said they would start making my food now, it took a about 5 minutes but finally got my refund but they could only give a refund in cash terrible service and some gerb door dinged my car when i got out The end.

Wow... Gas station Tim's are not usually the greatest, but this one is horrible. The coffee doesn't taste fresh. Tim Hortons app does not work here and no signage is up so you only find out after waiting in line. The girl overcharged me for the NHL cards (1.99 instead of 0.99 as it should be with a coffee purchase) and it took WAY too much effort to explain anything to her so I didn't bother correcting.

I've been to this location a few times and they cannot make a cream cheese bagel. They've added butter or given different flavored cream cheese, when I've asked them to remake it they make it a last priority so you have to wait a long time for your food.

Rude lady manager doesn’t know to speak politely to a customer. She spoke in the same manner as she does to the other employees. She doesn’t know to handle a situation and doesn’t know the offers in the APP.

I ordered a farmers SAUSAGE on a biscuit, with extra chipotle but this is the SECOND time they gave me bacon instead of sausage. I don't even understand how they can mix that up.

Person running the cash at the front was wearing gloves, then took those same gloves and made food with them. Disgusting.

They closed an hour earlier then they should have so be careful going late it might be closed sooner than you think
