I visited the restaurant today, and they didn't understand what a bacon farmers biscuit was. They kept insisting it was a bacon on a bagel. Then, I was instructed to park in the back for my order. After waiting 20 minutes without any updates, I decided to go inside and discovered they hadn't started making my food yet. When I asked for a refund, they were reluctant but eventually agreed to begin preparing my order. It took about 5 minutes to get my money back, but they could only process a cash refund. Overall, the service was terrible, and to top it off, someone dinged my car door when I got out. What a frustrating experience!
