Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

I have experienced multiple instances where I tried to order a coffee, but the doors and drive-thru at this restaurant were closed earlier than the posted closing time (10-15 minutes before). On those occasions, I noticed several employees seemingly having fun and waiting to close up for the night. When I did manage to place an order, the service was not exceptional. The young employees appeared to be more interested in chatting with each other rather than focusing on the customer and their orders. While I understand the importance of a friendly work environment, it is also important to prioritize customer service. I am not sure what is going on, but the service at this particular Tim Horton...

I would give this restaurant a 3-star review. Here's why: I visited to get two coffees and some potato wedges, but was told they were not available and offered a breakfast potato instead. We accepted the offer, but unfortunately, the breakfast potato was extremely crispy and seemed like it had been fried for too long. The coffees were good, but the breakfast potato was a major disappointment. I would recommend going for drinks only and avoiding the food. Overall, I would give it an average rating of 3 stars. I ordered some food at this restaurant, but it was not good. The cookie I received was burnt beyond edibility. The floors were dirty, and the garbage cans were overflowing. The staff was not busy - they were just standing around, chatting with each other. The restaurant was empty except for my party.

The restaurant had no service and very limited items. This particular Tim Hortons is consistently disappointing. I am unsure how they manage to remain open.

The service is fast, friendly, and accurate. Everything I want in a drive-thru experience.
