Now, onto the store itself. It's conveniently located near plenty of parking spots, and those spots are usually available since many customers pre-order and just pop in to grab their drinks. The busiest times are typically early in the morning (up until about 8:30), around noon, and when schools in the area let out (around 3 PM). But honestly, that’s not really a concern once you get used to pre-ordering. I initially thought about placing orders from 5-10 kilometers away, assuming it would take a long time to prepare my order during rush hours. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was done! I gradually started ordering from closer distances until I was simply placing my orde...
I went here on my way home from a vacation at the Château Montebello, and my parents had the bright idea to make me order in French. We were in Quebec, after all, so they probably wouldn 't understand me otherwise. As I stumbled through 'café au deux crèmes ' and 'beignet aux pommes ', it became clear that the staff were all fluent in English. They were very nice and patient about the whole thing, though.
This is truly the best Tim Horton's in the world. I'm not sure what they do differently, but every time I visit, it's absolutely delicious!
The staff there are consistently friendly and happy to assist you. I rarely experience mistakes with my orders.

The staff, including Rebecca, Félix, Ashley, Kim, and Nadia, are incredibly pleasant and friendly.
The freshest food I've ever had at a Tim Hortons, along with excellent service! Keep it going!
