However as far as I know the owner is the same Twice now both myself and my mother went to this location and were treated with the worst attitude by staff and supervisor Aconcha. Today my mother went to get a breakfast sandwich and asked for extra mayo (usually at Tim 's we say can I get mayo and add extra have never had an issue) except with this Tim 's this morning. She asked to have a breakfast with mayo and was argued with over the intercom. Then mayo was not added to the sandwich. I decided to give this Tim's chain another chance, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. They still don’t use hair nets, and the staff takes your money and prepares both your food and other customers' food with the same pair of gloves—extremely unsanitary. The service remains incredibly rude and consistently poor, with wrong orders and slow service, whether you order in-store or through the drive-thru at any of their locations. I definitely won't be returning to any of their stores, including those on Thorburn Road, Kenmount Road, Avalon Mall, Manuel’s, Kelligrews, Legion Road, and Hollyroad.
Although the drive-thru line is long, it gives you a chance to decide what you want to order. Dietary restrictions: There are no gluten-free options, just a lot of sugar and carbs. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, you can easily roll right in.
I order coffee only, service and atmosphere is always Great!! My vehicle broke down when I pulled in for lineup. One of the ladies had just finished her shift, came out to see me, brought me a coffee. Amazing!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I loaded $20.00 onto my card, but when I left the site, I realized that my card wasn't returned. I went back a few days later to let them know, and as you might expect, I'm now out $20.00.
The nicest people ever working at this Tim Hortons. I'm from Toronto and wish everyone was more like them when I go to get my coffee ?
Without question: THE slowest drive-through l’ve ever experienced. Faster to fly to Columbia and pick your own beans. Service: 1
The only downfall is that there are only 2 restrooms, and the cleanness is not good at all in either of them.
