Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

I recently had a negative experience at Tim Hortons. I visit this chain regularly for breakfast and coffee, but today I encountered the worst customer service at this location. I asked for no ice in my lemonade, but the worker only filled the cup halfway and explained that it was the owner's instructions. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was unhelpful and spent more time arguing with me than solving the problem. It was frustrating to see people waiting in line while the situation remained unresolved. The staff mentioned that they could be fired for not following the owner's strict instructions. Tim Hortons should reconsider who they allow to own franchises, as this owner is mistreat...

We arrived at 10:56 pm only to find the restaurant closed. The lady working there gestured that she needed to clean up. This is not how it should be done. If you are supposed to close at 11pm, you should only lock the door at 11pm or later, especially if there are still customers inside.

Absolutely the best Tim Hortons in North York hands down. Between friendly staff, amazing food, and the discipline in each team member, I will choose this Tim Hortons over all others in the area. Congratulations on your fine dining experience.Parking: Lots and lots of spots to park

I have ordered from this restaurant three times and each time there was a mistake. I am not sure how they are still open, but I will not be giving them my business again.
