Then there 's not receiving condiments with my dinner. The butter for the buns, every single order I 've been given is the same problem melted soiling the bag my food which given. I placed a mobile order, but they were out of the flavor shot I wanted and didn't have any other options I liked. I inquired about receiving a refund since I wouldn't be taking the drink, but the staff member I spoke to was unsure of the process. Then, a girl with blonde hair, who I assume was the manager, came over and just handed me 50 cents, which was disappointing since I was expecting a full refund for my coffee. She was quite rude in her demeanor as well.
I visited the restaurant around 10:00 am and ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin, along with hash browns and black coffee. I was asked to pull up because they were waiting for the eggs. At that time, I was the only customer in the drive-thru, yet I ended up waiting for about 7 to 10 minutes! It's breakfast time at 10 am, and they had no eggs? I don't mind waiting when it's busy, but it was relatively quiet when I arrived, which was a bit frustrating.
My husband and I often use the drive-thru, and the staff has always been friendly and enjoyed my husband's silly voices. However, today they forgot our Timbits. When we realized this while on the highway, I called to let them know politely. They took my name and said if I came in, I could mention it to get my Timbits.
