This location is the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. I have had actual loose tea in my tea, false information given, causing me to spend more money and then today they gave me a coffee with a tea bag in it. Completely incompetent. This location is so convenient for me and the lineups are so short all the time but I'm going to have to switch locations. I suggest you go somewhere else too. Deplorable.
Service is absolutely terrible. I have never gone to a slower FAST food drive through. What's more ridiculous is they don't serve any hot food aside from bagles. Why am I waiting 10 minutes in line for ONE coffee.Maybe the owner shouldn't be so frugal and staff accordingly when they are busy..
I've spent a lot of money here hoping it would improve, but the coffee is consistently disappointing. I know it might sound picky, but it would be nice if the manager smiled at customers or showed a bit more kindness to the staff.
I'm writing this review while I'm stuck in the drive thru. It's been seriously 14 min and haven't moved an inch. The truck in front of me at the pickup window just left without getting his order. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was decent, but the service could use some improvement. When I ordered the Farmers breakfast, the presentation and quality of the food did not meet the standards I expected from Tim.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I visited, I overheard the staff arguing, and the service was very slow. I wouldn’t recommend it.
