I am quite surprised at the lack of customer service training at Tim Hortons. My dad and I visited the location, and when my dad's card was declined due to an issue with his bank, the young lady at the counter reacted with a dismissive attitude. After trying again, I ended up paying, and she shouted, “OK, YOU HAVE MONEY!” That kind of behavior is unacceptable when dealing with customers, regardless of the situation. It's crucial to treat customers with respect, and speaking in such a manner is simply inappropriate. I suggest that she undergo some customer service training to improve her approach, as this kind of disrespectful behavior is not how you should treat anyone. It's truly unbelievab...

How does a donut shop run out of donuts at 6 PM on a Friday? Seriously, all they had was chocolate dip and double chocolate dip. This location always has some sort of issue and makes excuses. Often, you don't even get your rewards points. The franchisee should lose their franchise because they are incredibly incompetent. Regarding dietary restrictions, I didn’t receive the crispy chicken, nor would I recommend it—it feels like they're trying to block negative reviews.

They prioritize the drive through so wether you’re the only person waiting to order at the front or there’s 2 people ahead of you or there’s 5 people ahead of you most of the seasonal workers take one order at the front every 3-5 minutes no matter how busy they are so I don’t recommend going through the front if you’re in a rush. Logan does a great job though, whenever he’s on shift there are never any issues whatsoever

Increase the number of people at the front counter, and you won't have customers leaving in frustration. The level of customer service at this location is truly unacceptable. Food is good.. however I asked for something and I get different item on pick up. Same issue reported by another customer complaining who is just in front of me. So, looks like the folks have some training issue. Also, the rewards doesn’t work here.

This Tim Hortons is quite impressive. The food is well-prepared, and the service is remarkably quick. The staff members are also very friendly.
