My wife I had a very bad experience with this location yesterday. I placed an order, and we waited by the pick-up spot. We noticed the kitchen was a little messy. My wife managed a Tim Hortons before let the staff know it was a little messy back there. A 30 something year old woman with an extremely poor attitude on sandwich station immediately told us to refund our food leave. I processed the refund. My wife was upset left the store. I've been visiting this Tim Hortons before work for the past week, and each day, my coffee has been lukewarm. Within just 10 minutes, it becomes completely undrinkable. The staff seem miserable, unmotivated, and often make mistakes with orders. I've found myself waiting an excessive amount of time for what should be a quick grab-and-go experience. These issues are far too common at this location and need to be addressed. It's quite disappointing as a resident of this town, and it reflects poorly on Canada as a whole.
