Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

The drive-thru is very slow. I have no problem with employees talking to each other while they work, although I encourage it to keep a holy spirit at work, but when the customer arrives at the window to pay, it's time to stop the conversation and take 5 seconds to serve it. In my last 3 orders 2 were done incorrectly. I understand it's Tim Hortons and the bar is already low, but come on guys

Hello, Saturday December 2 and Sunday December 3, 2023 I went to Tim at 320 Bd de la Marine, Varennes around 5:40 am. and no one to operate this business. The lights were on but no one in the business. They're supposed to have been open since 5:00 and this isn't the first time this has happened. Very disappointing when we rely on your services for lunch before work.

I am often there in the morning waiting for 5 a.m. to arrive .... and its really flat to wait more than 15 minutes especially since it opens at 5 a.m. ... and I am not served before 5:10 5:15 a.m. nice to be patient I understand but there must be room for improvement .... thank you for your collaboration

This location is DIS-GUS-TING. Papers all over the floor (which is dirty), crumbs all over the cutting board (yeah its normal to have crumbs, but wipe it off once in awhile), the coffee Silex had drips all over. A very dirty restaurant. I don’t understand how an inspector hasn’t flagged this place yet. Réservez une table maintenant

I've never encountered a drive-thru as slow as this one. After 20 minutes, the cars hadn't moved an inch, and the wait was so lengthy that some vehicles decided to leave. There's really no justification for a drive-thru to be this inefficient.

The drive-thru service is incredibly slow. Every time I visit, there's an issue with my order. I requested a crispy chicken sandwich, but they keep giving me a crispy wrap instead. The service is poor and frustratingly slow.

People are very welcoming, smiling and helpful. They were very patient with kids. Order came back 1st time right! Keep up the good work.

The service can be quite slow, especially during the busy morning hours. Like many places, they are dealing with a staff shortage. Réservez une table maintenant
