This is by far the worst Tim 's location I 've been to in Brantford. There has been a number of quality control issues, but a few incidents stick out went thru the drive thru 2 weeks ago and ordered a sandwich. They handed it thru the window, and I could see immediately the bread was black/charred from being burnt so badly. I just politely said that I didn 't want a burnt sandwich, so they remade it and wrapped it up and put it in a bag. I was stupid not to check, but after driving down the road, I opened it and it was equally as badly burnt. It may have even been the same one, I 'm honestly not sure. You would think that after they revamped the place it would be better not worst.Before the redo they would get out order wrong but at least the food tasted good but now.There aren't nearly as many seats. They took 25 minutes to make a sandwich (same time frame for the poor guy behind me for a beagle) and even then the sandwiches were not that great.Thinking the drive thru would be better was also a mistake. The guy on the speaker was talking slightly above a whisper.Today we asked for 20 tidbits and they have us 3 kinds on repeatWe will liking avoid coming back to this location for here on out.
I had a frustrating experience at the Tim Hortons in Brantford. When I tried to confirm my order with the person at the drive-thru, she responded rudely, saying that if I didn't understand what "okay" meant, she didn't know what else to say. To make matters worse, she left her post to come to the window and repeat this to me in person. After all that, I ended up with the wrong coffee order. The manager did nothing to resolve the situation, and I was left waiting 15 minutes for a coffee that cost $1.05. I had to make two trips just to get it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons in the city. I work nearby and find myself here often. My coworkers and I often joke about what we'll actually receive after placing our orders, as they almost never get it right. I've lost over half of my break time waiting in line too many times—10 minutes is acceptable, but 20 minutes is not. Additionally, my food has frequently arrived stale and lukewarm. There are two older ladies who work there, and I swear they're the only ones who seem to know what they're doing.

The restaurant has recently been renovated, but the management seems to be lacking. I visited on Sunday and encountered a long line, with only one young staff member working who was unfriendly and appeared stressed. I ordered the specialty donut topped with whipped cream, but to my disappointment, he tossed all our other food into the same bag, resulting in everything being covered in whipped cream. Additionally, all the tables were dirty, and the bathrooms were in poor condition.
Every time I go here cashiers are always so rude. Also the creamy chill they gave me was halfway full, they can’t even mix the drink everything here is just bad and loud don’t go here super rude
Worst hot chocolate i have ever had, i ordered one plain bagel with cream cheese along with it. The bun was moslty burnt and was way too hard. Never coming back!!!
People are nice and food is good but lunch gets so busy they mess up and forget items in your order. Worth going before 11:23 and after 12:30
