Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

Very Rude Albino guy at window was very rude!!! Didn't get my order right didn't give me straws for my drinks!!! And when I tried telling him nicely he refused to fix my order or give me straws my receipt told me this isn't Starbucks!! And he was laughing like it was funny! The only joke was him as an employee! I won't be coming back to this location!

We ordered the new drinks, berry cherry and iced hazelnut mocha, both were terrible. The iced latte was not mixed together at all. The berry cherry tasted like they added half water and we even ordered light ice. We also got the Nutella croissant-it was good but very very messy to give out with no napkins

The inconsistency at this location is ridiculous. The last 3 x coming here my mocha latte is completely terrible! Today it tasted burnt so I asked for another one and it was still nasty. Some days it good but more days it's not. I'm going to stop going to this location they need to get it together.

The staff at the Fraser location are so incredibly friendly EVERY time.
