I visit the Tim Hortons at Southgate Taylor daily and usually order two large ice caps, which costs me $10. This morning, around 6 AM, I approached the drive-thru and was greeted politely. As I began to place my order for two large ice caps, I mentioned that I wanted only a quarter of the usual amount of creamer because I prefer them very dark. However, I was cut off mid-sentence and told to pull up.

Horrible customer service and it’s typically the younger generation I don’t know what the hell their problems are but they don’t know the work ethic nor do they have any good customer service or manners I think they need to realize that you’re dealing with people all day you need to acknowledge and or smile say you’re welcome. Apologize for something that you made a mistake… Today was horrible my son and I ordered two drinks just two drinks and they couldn’t get it right they didn’t apologize. They made us wait for a while when we got the drink back they didn’t say have a good day. Nothing then I call to speak with the manager and fun...
Every time I visit this location, they seem to be out of everything. No hash browns at 10 AM, no donuts—it's frustrating. The bagel was slathered in so much butter it barely felt toasted; I had to scrape off some just to make it edible, and there was still a lot left. It feels like the staff lacks pride in their work. I understand that customers and the food service industry can be challenging, but if you’re not enjoying it, maybe it’s time to consider a different job.
Had a mobile order and placed another order when I got there. Their honey dip donuts are a fa sho you right on But here 's something I noticed today. Whenever I get breakfast sandwiches and a woman makes them they be on point, you can taste the care and love. I order 4 sandwiches total today and a guy made them... complete trash. I call up there no one answers the phone. So i learned today to ask if a woman or a man will make my sandwiches.

Edit: 5 years later I come here again and it's the same thing. Working a toaster should be a requirement for the job, no?Countless times I go here since it is right by my home. And 9/10 times when i ask for a DOUBLE toasted bagel it is like they pull one out of the freezer and snack a pound of creme cheese on it. Is toasting a bagel that hard?
I ordered a bagel with butter, but there was so much butter that I couldn't finish it. Butter isn't the same as cream cheese, and there doesn't need to be such a thick layer that it's inedible.
Terrible customer service, order was incorrect and the manager who refused to share her name when I called was incredibly rude. Avoid this
