Girrrrrl !!!!! I ordered a #7, she asked sausage or bacon , I said sausage, and exchange the hash brown for a honey cruller ....I get to the window and pay $7.65 and ask where 's the coffee ? she says you didnt order a coffee, you have to get back in line (i 'm the only one in line at that moment) she closes the window saying you have to get back in line maam . I park and get out and the stand-in manager (so-called) says we didnt take a meal order we took the items separately, I ordered a #7, when you ask sausage or bacon, you ask how I want the coffee She says that 'll be $2.93 for the coffee i 'm like oh so now i 'm paying $10.58 for an order that 's supposed to total $7.42 . Not a well run location. Too many staff standing around doing nothing. Takes forever to get waiting on. And today.... I got a half dozen doughnuts. The server used a tissue to put them in the box, but I watched and she didn't cover her thumb, so her thumb touched every one of my doughnuts, right after handling cash. And she was not the least bit pleasant. I try to support this location, but I don't think I can anymore. I gave food two stars because the breakfast sandwiches are tasty and usually ready fast.
Terrible place. Not sure what’s going on but most of the time they are out of main items and wait to tell you after you order and go to pay. Ordered two turkey bacon club and they were out of bacon…they have like three options on the menu for lunch and they are out of a hot item. No apology just asking if I still want the sandwich without the bacon. I ordered a panini instead that tasted so terrible! Basically through 16 dollars down the drain for food I threw out. Never again!
Waited in line for 30 minutes and was not helped at the drive through menu. I pulled up to the window to let them know that they didn't take my order and the manager tells me I have to go back around and wait in line again just to get a coffee. What a horrible staff at this location, highly recommend dunkin or a different coffee spot around. The service was despicable, making me wait 30 minutes and then asking me to go back around.
