How does Tim Hortons have 0 customers service training. My dad and I went to Tim Hortons, my dad’s card got declined due to bank’s problem. The lady looks very young with an attitude towards my dad and I, after trying again I paid the lady yelled: “ OK, YOU HAVE MONEY” girl that is NOT a JOKE to speak to a customer no matter I have money or not you don’t talk to customers like this. Lady you should start getting a CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and stop giving people disgusting and disrespectful behavior that you think you r ACTING COOL. UNBELIEVABLE

We came this morning to order breakfast and spent $27 on 2 triple-triples, 2 French Vanillas, and egg sandwiches 3 Cheese Twists. Our French Vanillas had no sugar or flavor at all and our coffees had no milk at all. The 3 Cheese Twists had no cheese! A cheese twist with no cheese is just a twist like what is this? These similar problems had been occurring since the beginning of this year, as we had gone to this same location multiple times this year.

Put more people on front counter and you wouldn't constantly have customers walking out pissed off. The lack of customer service in this location is beyond belief. The evening staff and certain employees in particular really need to get their act together or find another job. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The place was nice but the coffee and the food taste so BAD there was no suger so it just taste like water and mix. The coffee had no CREAM. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
