If I could give 0 stars I would! 30 minutes of waiting to have to ask again to refill my drink which was not finished and make me sigh in my face. After receiving my order, I checked and despite having repeated more than 3 times that I wanted chipolte sauce and not ketchup, I still received ketchup and when I went back I was told almost insulting by saying that I just had to ask for it and in the end, I never received my sauce. I swear, I will never come to Tim in Trois-Rivières again. It's really hard!

There is always room to park, the employees are friendly and polite and the service is fast even during rush hour. On the other hand, and this is my only downside; if you do not like to hang out with people with mental health problems and/or addiction problems such as drugs and/or alcohol, you are better off taking your order to bring than consuming it on site at the risk of running into people having these problems. The girl at the checkout today Wednesday May 22 at 7:10 a.m., no smile, has to repeat more than twice, and I speak loudly by nature and don't understand. She makes us wait at the checkout and it's a very long service. She is not up to the task of your business. And this is not the first time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

I have never been served so much by someone with such a stupid look in my entire life. The employees want to die and none have any sense of customer service. I hope this tim will close Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
