I visited this restaurant a while back while shopping in the area. I ordered a French vanilla with espresso, but when I got home, I realized it tasted off, like water mixed with hot milk. I called the restaurant to let them know, not expecting a replacement since I didn't visit often. I just wanted to inform them so other customers wouldn't have the same experience. The person on the phone was very apologetic and offered to give me a replacement next time I was in the area. Several months later, I returned to the restaurant and asked about the offer. The employees at this restaurant, especially the older ones, were very rude. When I greeted them with a "good morning, how are you?" they only stared blankly and seemed impatient for me to order. If they are not good with people, they should find a different job. I will not be coming back to this place again. Additionally, after waiting 1.5 hours for our food, we were told it was not hot. This place is terrible, avoid it at all costs.

I had a great time at this restaurant, with non-stop country music playing all day. The wifi was excellent, but there were only two available plugs by the fireplace for computers. The staff were friendly and always up for a good laugh.

currently waiting over 1 hour for food and drink. this is in store. average time in drive through 30 min. come on. no reason to take that long for somebody walking in. teriible terrible service that this location.

Country music plays all day, Wifi is great, but there are only two outlets by the fireplace for laptops. The staff is friendly and always ready to make you laugh.
