I visited the restaurant twice to try their caramel iced latte. The first time, it seemed like a new employee made my drink by adding hot milk to the espresso before adding just a few cubes of ice and no caramel. My iced latte ended up warm and unappetizing, and it took about 10 minutes to make even though I was the only customer in the store. The second time I went back for another iced caramel latte a few days later, it appeared they forgot to add the coffee, so I received caramel-flavored milk instead.
Every time I go there. Space is very dirty. Last time I went in on a Sunday at 1pm. There were practically no selection of donuts left. Garbage was overflowing. I don’t think it was taken out the previous day. Stains of coffee leaking near counter.Floor was gross. I mean the sanitary level is beyond gross. And this is not the first. I would never dare to sit anywhere in that location! Also I ordered a sandwich and bacon was hard and chicken was dry.
I went to the restaurant to get my coffee, but they had already closed 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time. The employees were inside relaxing while customers were waiting outside, only to be told they were closed. It was still 8:30 pm, so why did the owner say they were open until 9 pm? It seems like the owner is unaware that the employees are closing earlier than expected.
Krystelle (hopefully spelled correctly) is the best employee I have encountered at this Tim Hortons. She has a smile and sense of humor that is contagious. I will only be returning to this location because of her. I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves!!! I am always pleased to see her when I enter the restaurant <3. The employees were nice and helpful, also bilingual. The food took a long time but they were having some sort of difficulty. The food was good and perfect temperature. We had our drinks as soon as we paid which was nice. We were able to wait for food sitting down while enjoying our ice
