I'm a regular at Tim Hortons, and I continue to be impressed by the consistently great experience they offer. Their coffee is always fresh and delicious, and their variety of baked goods never disappoints. The staff is friendly and efficient, making every visit enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating also make it a perfect spot to catch up with friends or get some work done.However, there's one issue that I've noticed recently, and that's the presence of quite a few flies in the shop. I waited for 3 minutes at the drive-thru with no one in front of me before someone took my order. My double toasted bagel was not warm, so I had to go inside to avoid holding up the drive-thru. I waited another 3 minutes for one of the 5 people chatting to serve me. I asked if she could fix it and she politely agreed. The person at the toaster seemed upset though. I was not being difficult, I was polite. They definitely need a manager there to ensure things are being done correctly. There were a few people upset about the lack of service we paid for, but I was not one of them. I understand why others were cranky.
I just spend $50 for coffee and donuts coffee wasn’t fresh it was cold and old i try to talk to the manager he was very rude if they have a manager like him god will help the business I will never go back again I own the business too that’s way I all ways buying coffee donuts and gifts card from same location complimentary to my customers less than one week I spend $300 they loos the business from me never go back again this location 233 on highway 2 very disappointed parv v
Hate this place and haven't been back in a while. When order there in the mornings, there's a staff member that will deliberately give you the wrong food if you don't say please and thank you when you order. Sorry I'm paying for my order out of my pocket and at 5 am if I forget or simply don't say please that's to bad for her. It's my money and she has no right to purposefully screw my order up.
Go to a Tim Hortons, and you know what to expect. The coffee is good but not great; the bakes goods are acceptable but no big deal. You won't be badly disappointed; it's also unlikely you will have an outstanding culinary experience. I had a coffee and an apple fritter; my wife had tea. Everything was acceptable, nothing more, nothing less. The best surprise is no surprise?
Three staff standing at till, not so much as a smile or a word to offer service. Just stood there like statues. I thought it was camp day and of course even though I looked right the staff when said it they still just stood there, no comment or polite correction.The sandwich was good though.
