Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

mixed review: this morning was the fastest and most beautiful trip through a long time. faster service and everything very well. before 2 weeks the friend went there and since the was out, they would take nothing out of credit. offered to pay money and the participant refused. so that he don't sell my friend a lousy cup coffee at 605 am. I hope they can get their personal to be more like the team of this morning!

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely rude. None of the staff are properly trained and cannot operate the machines. Additionally, their supposed environmentally friendly service is a complete sham. They even go as far as firing their own employees for being rude.

they open at 17.00. I am at 5:10 on the road thru, no one has taken my order there. I went to the door, no one opened the door that they just ignored me. that is the worst customer service throughout the gta.

these tim hortons it is very disappointing they offer vegetarian options, but never have they provided, the man also has to be trained a bit more on costume service as she just screams .everyone ...

Such rude costumer service, no one in store has any training and can’t work the machines. Also their eco-friendly service is a total scam. Fire your rude employees!!
