I am shocked that I have to leave a bad review. I am a long term Tim 's customer and will continue to be. However, the manager at this branch really should undergo further training in customer service.I came to this location today evening with my family.My mom had wanted a birthday cake donut. I had never heard of this type of donut before. Unbeknownst to me, the birthday cake donut was mislabelled on their shelf as the strawberry fill donut.So, based on the improper labelling, I ordered the strawberry fill donut, with the intention that it would be the birthday cake one.We got our orders in our bags and ofcourse didn 't bother to look inside. my father is a rotatory worker and flies once in the month after halifax. every time I pick him up at 21:30, I listen to these tim hortons. after flying all day my vater starves and wants a speck grilled cheese melt, but every time I say that the grill is cleaned. another time I ordered two sandwiches and they only made me one, so I had to make them make me one more and waited for it for a long time. recently I came there at 9 o'clock and had to use the washing room, but they closed the dining room and I couldn't even go into the washing room. they would think they would always have their washroom open at the airport. flights arrive at any time of day and night, so they must have their whole...
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons, waited at the speaker for 5+ mins the both times I went within the same day. Customer service was horrendous, employees didn’t even speak to me either times at the window and were clearly super irritated I was even ordering there. There needs to be some serious reviews of their hires here. I couldn’t believe how horrible of an experience this was. They clearly hate their jobs and don’t care if they show it.
I don't usually write many reviews, but this place deserves more than five stars. It was around 10:30 PM, and I hadn't eaten much throughout the day, so I was very hungry. The food I ordered was cooked perfectly, but what really made this experience special was the exceptional service I received from two wonderful employees who greeted me when I walked in. They were genuinely sweet and kind, which made my meal feel even more special. They definitely deserve a raise!
platz really has to show their employees how to make sandwiches when I pay $14 for a combo it should be done right, not thrown together and fed into a bag, luck for me is my break by, so thank tim hortons, can not even eat what I was given. now I can go the rest of my layer without dinner. will not be back.
The night staff are incredibly slow and have messed up my order almost every time I've visited. I was the only customer there, and I even had to ask the worker to double-check my order for a bacon English muffin, but he still made a different sandwich that didn't even have any bacon on it.
