2022 May: 0/5Ordered an ice capp via the drive thru, got it and put it in my cup holder. Did not notice they gave me a cup with 4 slices down the lower middle of the side (no I did not do it, my cup holder is plastic and nothing in it that could cut it and no I do not squeeze the cup when I get it or anything like that) until I was driving on the hwy and noticed liquid dripping out of my cup holder...pulled up the cup and liquid poured everywhere from what was left in the cup...so in the end paid $4 plus for a cup of coloured ice and to soak my seat and floor matt and floor carpet with ice capp fluid, thanks...Two other things, not sure why google maps put this location on the south side of...

I visited for the first time to get five chai tea lattes, and it seemed like they only had five drinks ready in total. When I got home, I noticed that each drink was only a third full and they hadn't been mixed properly. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it took them a long time to prepare my order as well.

Horribly ran, sit in this drive through for way to long everytime and they always manage to find a way to screw the order up, gotten multiple ice coffees that have no coffee in them, untoasted bagles. Wouldn't recommend.

I asked for the chocolate croissant for $1.99 instead they priced it $2.19 and the cashier kept saying that the price have changed. I had to leave without get anything. And when I checked on the app it still shows $1.99.

I only ordered one vanilla cream calf, but I mistakenly ended up with four. The drive-thru system was just too efficient for my own good! But no worries—Braw is delicious!

The service and food at the restaurant were excellent. However, the parking situation and drive-thru are quite poor. I felt uneasy walking through the parking lot.

Horrible service. We’re in the drive thru for 40 min. No compensation for the time waited. Also didn’t have anything we asked for. Ridiculous service. DONT GO HERE

Very rarely do I get my order made correctly from this establishment. They’ll either forget a donut or put egg on my farmers wrap. Both happened today.

this place is brutal. prepare to wait 20 minutes in the car thru. absolutely brutal. the owner has to join.
