Wow! What an amazing place. We booked to go to Timberyard as part of our honeymoon in Scotland after a colleague recommended it to me. So glad we went! The staff were all briefed and each congratulated us, and they also treated us to a glass of champagne each (delicious! . We went for the full tasting menu, and the additional cheese course, and could not fault a thing. All the dishes were so creative and there were so many combinations where it shouldn’t work, but does! We also really liked seeing the ingredients on the tray that was brought around.
