The atmosphere doesn't matter because it was a takeaway. We called 40 minutes after our fish and chips with mushy peas was supposed to be delivered. The first man we spoke to didn't seem to speak much English, but eventually our delivery arrived. However, the delivery man had been looking for the wrong address, so our order was cold and incomplete - we only received 2 pieces of fish, 1 serving of chips, and 1 serving of mushy peas. When we called back to complain, both the man and the lady we spoke to were extremely rude. They offered to send another order of peas and chips in an hour, but the customer service was terrible. Heard this was the best fish and chips in Dartford but unfortunately the portions of the food were seriously lacking. I was surprised that the chips were packaged with the fish as I've always had them in a separate bag. The chips and cod itself tasted nice, however I've definitely had better. I'm going to continue to go the place in Albany Park as its far more superior. I really wanted this to be good buy unfortunately my family agreed it was not on par.

This is our favourite restaurant to visit. The fish is always cooked fresh and is the best In the whole area. The restaurant has a lovely family atmosphere , the owner always makes time to come and speak to our son. And the staff are so kind and attentive. The food is always tasty. The restaurant is always clean. Definitely a 5 star from me!

Food is always lovely and hot and freshly cooked, for a fish shop and pie and mash shop, you don't have to have that, good menu, and breakfast to, a bar if you want a drink, staff so friendly and they remember you, Réservez une table maintenant

Food was ok until I found hair in it. This is probably due to the fact that all staff wander around the food preparation area with no hair nets or hats on no matter their length of hair.

Great food, service ok, cooking times can take a while, reasonably priced. Update Just had a lovely family meal. Update under new ownership there doesn't seem any major changes.

Nice chips the fish didn’t have much taste and the batter was soggy the mushy peas were not great either, won’t go back

Sausage and chips was so awful so dry and the sausage tasted horrible as well Ordered 2 of these both went in the bin Réservez une table maintenant

The food is amazing, always fresh and tasty. The ambience is also warm and welcoming. Service is always top notch.
