We recently dined at a restaurant as a group of 8 for a bachelorette dinner to kick off a weekend of celebration. The food was exceptional and the service was top-notch. Our server, Jonathan, was attentive, funny, and incredibly helpful from the moment we were seated. He expertly navigated our picky eaters and unique cocktail requests with well-thought-out recommendations. The standout dishes included the scallop appetizer with asparagus, the yellowtail seafood dish, the braised short rib, and the sea bass. Awesome staff. Very attentive, personable, and overall friendly staff. Second the Lamb Shank pasta and it was very good. Not a heavy dish given the number of bites but enough to satisfy. Wife had the Rigatoni and it was a big dish but had a good flavor i probably sided more with my Lam Shank Pansotti. Finished with the Chocolate Pistachio Bar. Oh it hit the right spot. Not a heavy dessert and had a lot of flavor and depth. Overall great place not the most scenic place but interior is done well. Huge wine menu and beer selection was meh.

Jonathan (aka Johnny) and Grant did an excellent job tonight. As previously stated in other reviews, Timo NEVER dissappointes. Everything is fresh and cooked to order lobster, clams, steaks, pasta truly amazing. We look forward to the daily specials and the creative genious of the Chef. You get what you pay for Timo is not a budget restaurant, but the experience, presentation, freshness and quality is worth every penny. Look no further than Timo for Greater Miami excellence!

We have gone several times to Timo and used to like it a lot, for the food and the service. Unfortunately, yesterday was a total disappointment, the menu is not exciting, the food was regular, the service poor and on top of that , it was quite expensive.! On and all, quite a disappointment. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant was quiet and clean. There was enough spacing so that you didn't feel like other customers were sitting on top of you. We will eat here again if we make Sunny Isles Beach a yearly destination.

Choose Timo for anniversary dinner. The staff were really attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Had grilled octopus app, paccheri, and snapper. All were prepared perfectly and large portions.
