Supersuperleckere, with top quality ingredients partly original, partly refined, prepared tapas is served here. Worth recommending the very good, but never overcrowded wines carefully selected by wine-winner Timo at fair price. Not to forget the Spanish baggage on the house, very welcome because you could hardly stop snooping a treat after the other. But the really special is the hospitality and the charm of the two hosts that can be felt throughout the restaurant: sour food among friends. A very dedicated owner (gastronomy with body and soul) who has always new ideas with which he enthuses his guests. International cuisine, theme evenings, international and local wines, very friendly service! Outside there are also seating options, but they are usually used by the smokers. You can also see the bistro as a small gallery, as changing exhibitions (also by local artists) are always very appealing. The biggest and most beautiful Ingelheim party takes place here in front of the Bistro. Conclusion: Go and feel good!
We were here the first time today. The reservation ran without any problems. Arriving, getting space...then it started...super advice, our uncertainty in desire through ideas and test glass while drinking through the great boss quickly fixed. Essensberatung ran and couldn't have run better from us. At dinner suddenly a local round, bill rounded off... I haven't seen anything like this in a restaurant yet. Today is not all days...we come back no question
To be honest, I had no expectations because I had been to Madrid and Barcelona, I enjoyed authentic tapas in Spain, so I did not think the tapas in Ingelheim, a village in Germany, could be good! But it was. I really enjoyed the food,...besides tapas, they do also serve paella on special days, or other bigger menus. Just give it a try if you are living close to Ingelheim!

It was simply a successful evening in a beautiful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food has a very good quality and tastes just delicious. Corona measures such as removal, ventilation etc. are taken seriously, but do not interfere. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
Super delicious food with changing recommendations on the board. Beautiful cozy ambience, great hosts, you feel very welcome. Especially recommended are the exhaust gas. The cream Catalan must also be tried. Anyone who likes tapas must try it.
