Such an amazing surprise.We were looking for quick food, not typical fast food. What an amazing surprise.On our way home to Maine after a cancelled flight from Philly, we pulled off the highway and tripped over this place.Authentic, delicious, wonderful service, clearly a family place.People were there visiting when we walked in thinking we'd get takeout.Instead we sat down and enjoyed a delicious, home cooked meal. The enchiladas were fantastic! Went perfectly with the iced cold Negra Modelo. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free? Sub corn tortillas for flour tortillas, no problem. Kid-friendliness: Clearly a family place.
To be honest, everything was quite bland. The chicken tacos contained what seemed like boiled chicken—completely lacking in flavor, not even a hint of salt or pepper. The Queso Birria Tacos (3 pieces) were also pretty tasteless, including the consommé, which required me to add salt just for some flavor. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The horchata was the only decent item.
The Mexican food here is incredibly delicious. The Sopes take me back to what I used to enjoy back home in LA. It's also one of the few places where you can find really good Enchiladas (4 pieces).
The guacamole here is to die for!! I don’t know what they put in it but I couldn’t stop eating it. Quesadillas are good nothing special but nevertheless delicious.

Love there steak, chicken and shrimp enchiladas! If you want authentic Mexican food, definitely check this place out! We love it!

Their shrimp cocktail is absolutely delicious. For breakfast, their chilaquiles are simply amazing.
