My husband and I went out for dinner last night. It was our first time at this restaurant, but it certainly won't be our last. The food was absolutely delicious. We were able to try a variety of flavors since we are quite particular about our food choices. The only issue was that the shrimp in the tacos were a bit overcooked, but the flavor was still fantastic. We tried the shrimp taco, fish tacos, steak taco, street pork taco, and street chicken taco, and all of them were delicious with their own unique flavors. I must say, there is one individual who stands out above the rest, and that is Chris (Christopher), my favorite server. Every time he comes to my table, I feel relieved because I know I will receive exceptional service from him every time. He is efficient and treats his customers with the utmost care. We had a wonderful anniversary celebration at Tio Gordos! We sat outside on the terrace and listened to the sound of the water fountain while sipping on the refreshing and delicious coconut-talz margarita. The Chimichanga was a perfect blend of crispy and cheesy. Our server Leah was friendly and attentive. It was the perfect setting for a romantic night out.
