Well worth the walk up the hill!! As others have mentioned, do not be put off by the outdated pictures of the menu outside. The food we had was very good. I would recommend the Paella, Chicken Kebabs, Fish and Lamb. We ate there 4 nights and were not disappointed and we like good food. The service is very good and food is clearly freshly cooked to order. The owner is very knowledgeable of the area, so if you have any questions or looking for advice, he is the man to ask.
We were a bit put off by the terrible menus outside, but reviews were good , so decided to go for it. Service was awful. Food the worst we have had all week. Chicken sauce was clearly a jar of something with veg added and anaemic chopped chicken. Other meals coming out looked lack lustre. I guess it’s all about expectations, we like good food. Not cheap, €54 for 1 beer, water, 1 starter and a mains each…so expected more. Both restaurants down the road are a lot better !
Staff were friendly although a bit mixed up the order without realising. Food was not to our taste sadly. The garlic in the lamb was overpowering and chips oily. The chicken was not particularly flavoursome or succulent. The meatballs in tomato sauce was not particularly liked by our unfussy kids. It was our first visit and could be because they were short staffed at the end of the season. It was not expensive and had a set of swings that our kids really enjoyed.
Fuimos a cenar una noche después de ver las buenas críticas. La verdad es que no voy a decir que la cena fuera mala pero si fue decepcionante. La calidad del producto no me gustó. Las gambas estaban blandas y las chuletas de cordero estaban muy quemada. A lo mejor tuvimosala suerte pero la cena no nos gustó y no repetimos algo que sí hicimos en otros restaurantes de la zona Réservez une table maintenant
Nos alojamos en el hotel frente a este restaurante y comimos aquí 4 noches en una semana. Hermosa comida y Servicio muy amable. Lo mejor de la zona. Pan de ajo gratis, ya que tuvimos una larga espera la noche anterior debido a que el restaurante estaba muy ocupado. Lo más destacado de nuestras vacaciones. Añadido bono WiFi del hotel funciona en el restaurante.
Ate here every evening of our holiday. We love this restaurant and it holds many special memories from years gone by. The food is always great, and the staff are friendly and great fun too. Thank you for making our holiday memorable again, and we hope to return next year.
Excelente servicio precio y calidad Descubrimos este restaurante en nuestra última noche Pero volveremos.. Mucha gente local lo cual en mi opinión es bueno. Merluza a la plancha y lenguado todo del menú del día a 19euros y pico por tres platos. Recomiendo. Gracias
We came to Cala galdana for a week and we ate at this restaurant 3 times! The garlic prawns are out of this world!! The food was full of flavour ! We felt at a couple of places food was fairly bland but the food here was top of our list !! The staff friendly too! Réservez une table maintenant
Impresionante como se come. He ido varias veces y siempre he comido de escándalo. Gran servicio y gran comida. Recomiendo el pan con ajo y torpedos de entrada.
