I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my mother's birthday, and we had an incredible experience. The server was friendly, and the tapas were absolutely outstanding—they're a must-try! The atmosphere was lively and fun, and my mother, who is in her 80s, thought it was wonderful as well. We shared six tapas, and each one was a perfect 10 out of 10. We were pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were. The price was very reasonable at just £22 for six tapas. The coffee was also excellent, which is quite rare in this city. Overall, it was a delightful, enjoyable, and warm experience, and I can't wait to return! As for vegetarian options, while none of us are vegetar...
Wow! Just wow! Visited here today with friends as we were making our way back to our cars and loved the look of it from outside. We were intending to have coffee but changed our mind when we were went inside and was seated in The Bird Cage. The decor is quirky and colourful and very interesting. Both members of staff were warm and friendly and told us the history behind it. We enjoyed tea from teapots, the non drivers had an amazing cocktail. We ordered various sandwiches which were delicious. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return when next in Kings Lynn.
Fantastic tapas, delicious cocktails in teapots, and staff were really great. Reason for 4 stars is that the music got a little loud for a lunchtime visit, as it seemed to get louder the busier it got, so you found yourself having to shout more across the larger tables. Would have asked about it being turned down a little but they were super busy for last half hour of our meal to get their attention. Still highly reommend a visit.
What a great place! Afternoon tea served on chandeliers...because why not I opted for the vegetarian selection and was amazed by how much flavour and variety there was. eating out as a non meat eater is still quite limited but Tipsy Teapot nailed it. Our server (sorry I didn't catch her name) was super friendly and helpful. We spent a good while talking about non meat sausages! Brilliant place will be back soon. Réservez une table maintenant
Despite being a quiet Wednesday evening it was an ice meal. Quirky and unusual but great fun to experience.
