If you've ever crossed the bridge and saw this little BBQ hack and thought "No thanks!", think again! I held the other day and for 21.00 again half a pound of pork, 1/2 ribs, and one side of scratch Mac and cheese and the best topped greens I ever had. This jewel is unbelievable and as south as it becomes. Member is a local church that they even offer baked goods such as sweet potato cake, jumbo chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies. It's like a step back to the time where great Southern food, good morality and a 'Glad to meet you smile' all. I'm back. And if I do, I'll get one of Mrs. Iris's sweet potato cake.

When I was born and raised in Florida, I always have my BBQ (comes with the area), and I will say that this place exceeded any expectation I had. The chicken was phenomenal, the pulled pig was exceptional, and the ribs could 't make it to stay on the bone. Not only their proteins on point, but also the sides dominated the pallet. The Mac 'n cheese was homemade and gooey, the Koleslaw was crunchy and fresh, and so on. Please allow The Pit Stop to be the next place you dare for your next BBQ conversation. You will not be disappointed!

Coming from Tennessee I was told that I better eat how much BBQ I could before I moved to Tampa because I wouldn't find anyone down here. I'll tell you something. You were wrong! This is part of the BEST BBQ I had! Make sure the baked beans also when you go there they change life!

The BEST BBQ in a 25 mile radius by far! When I drive by the Pit Stop and I smell their smokey goodness, i can't help but do a u-turn and buy enough for 2 meals.
