If you've ever crossed the bridge and saw this little BBQ hack and thought "No thanks!", think again! I held the other day and for 21.00 again half a pound of pork, 1/2 ribs, and one side of scratch Mac and cheese and the best topped greens I ever had. This jewel is unbelievable and as south as it becomes. Member is a local church that they even offer baked goods such as sweet potato cake, jumbo chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies. It's like a step back to the time where great Southern food, good morality and a 'Glad to meet you smile' all. I'm back. And if I do, I'll get one of Mrs. Iris's sweet potato cake.

Weather was warm so we were able to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful green. All in our party ordered pasta dishes for lunch and everyone pleased with the food and portions. A great place to take a walk around green after lunch/dinner. Staff attentive and allowed to stay awhile to catch up with our friends.

Coming from Tennessee I was told that I better eat how much BBQ I could before I moved to Tampa because I wouldn't find anyone down here. I'll tell you something. You were wrong! This is part of the BEST BBQ I had! Make sure the baked beans also when you go there they change life!

We have been dining here since 2009. Service has always been friendly and the meals well-prepared. The menu is diverse and the wine selection good.
