Regresamos este fin de semana y volvemos al éxito. Todo es excepcional, callos, sepia, bacalao, torretas, huevos con patatas, picadillo... Nunca he comido nada normal. He podido hablar con ellos esta mañana y no es de extrañar que sea un éxito; producto, experiencia, técnica, pruebas, ciencia y familia. Buena carta de vino y todo a un precio más que correcto. Incluso madrid ha llegado la tortilla de patata no1 de la Rioja.
The best tortilla I had in La Rioja, and I tried many of them. I've been living in Spain for 5 years and I'd say it's the best I had. I just love a perfectly running tortilla and the texture and taste of the potatoes blend so beautifully with the eggs. It's an artwork.
