I would just like to tell everybody out there what an amazing difference Tanya Church and the TLC community had made in both mine and my families lives. It is so confusing with the information that we try to research for ourselves, it can be very contradictory and sometimes ending up doing more harm than good. If you want to improve your quality of life seeing Tanya is a must. I never imagined that when I went to see her about meal planning for my food sensitivities that I would learn so much more. I am more open to including plant based foods in my life as the recipes she shares are so delicious. It doesn't end there. Tanya is so knowledgeable about the impact the environment and products we use daily have on our bodies. I am more conscientious about the choices I make now. Tanya shares her passion for holistic health through the recipes she creates and the content she shares with her community. I've been included TLC recipes into my weekly meal planning for months now without hesitation. Her recipes and knowledge allow me to feel great about the choices I am taking every day towards a healthier and happier me. Some of my favourites are her Tofu Scramble, Cacao Waffles, and her coconut-bacon bits!
