The pizza itself is very good, however the service is TERRIBLE. We rarely manage to eat a pizza with less than 2 hours of waiting. Already trying to place an order for delivery or waiting for pick-up at the location and the delay is always the same. At this point I've been standing in front of the pizzeria for almost 2 hours waiting for my order and nothing. UPDATE: today there was a 2 hour and 15 minute wait and we left WITHOUT the pizza.
