We loved it but that was before. We have been loyal customers since the opening in Grezieu. We ordered at least once a week. We really liked the food and the team, special mention to Jean. On the other hand, we regret the move to Leclerc with poke Vaiana, in fact the staff is clearly not professional in catering and insufficiently trained. They ostensibly follow sheets which indicate the processes for making the different dishes. Nothing to do with the cooks who worked in the toasushi in the center of Grezieu. The young woman who prepared my meal kept coughing without any precaution! I point out that she was not wearing a mask while customers, including me, were wearing them. She coughed on absolutely all the food compartments used for preparations, as well as on my shirashis while making them. It's frankly sickening and revolting. This is the second time in a month that this has happened to us in a Toane restaurant. Additionally, the tuna was dried out as if it had been cut too far in advance. We are very disappointed, I don't think I will return to this toasushi even though I live in Grezieu. We will certainly go to Craponne but that means that we will consume more rarely.
