I really wanted to praise your manager/assistant manager. I think her name was Charlotte. Unfortunately didn't get to eat as my mum had a fall in the restaurant. Charlotte was amazing and stayed with me and my mum till we got my mum ready to get in a car to go to hospital. Props to her though for guessing that my mum's ankle wasn't broken, that first aid training came in handy. Charlotte is an amazing person and you are lucky to have this staff member in your company. Me and my mum send our thanks

Long queue times to get food- staff was being shouted at while we got our food and then we found black plastic in our food. When we informed the manager they said it would be from the Yorkshire puddings (I’m gluten free and had no Yorkshire puddings) and didn’t seem that concerned

Staff were friendly despite it being busy. Guy carving was lovely despite being rushed still made us feel valued and not just another customer. great job guys

Fantastic staff, awesome food. Service was brilliant and was fully satisfied with the experience. Will definitely be back in the future.

Pleasant welcome and greeting from staff Food ok but ROAST POTATOES hard and stale so inedible Meat small and badly carved!
