Was told at the door no mash, which was fine. But was served by a guy that seemed almost in his own world was struggling to cut the meat asked for roast potatoes but they tasted and looked like jacket potatoes. No apple sauce. The staff were stood gossiping and whinging about the manager wanting to add some more tables back in the restaurant. No where near as good as last time we came only a couple of weeks before and I don't think I will be returning anytime. Oh and the female waitress seemed like she was in a bad mood and couldn't be arsed
I had booked a table for 7 the previous day. The table we were given was far too small.we all felt very scrunched up together. When we went for our food the floor was encrusted with spilled food. Quite a few of the vegetables were dried out and most only Luke warm. It seemed staff were not paying much attention to the counter and which dishes needed replacing. Overall very poor, I have not eaten there since before the pandemic and I certainly will not be going again in a hurry
The staff were very friendly and helpful however I appreciate the current Covid restrictions but the rules in place for waiting to be served selecting your food and having your food brought to the table is ridicules. Hopefully come 19th July all businesses can return to normal operation. Nice food by the way
Very busy so waiting time was longer than hoped. The staff were pleasant and tried there best.will definitely book again.food was excellent .and drinks were excellent.

eating was delicious n piping hot staff were so helpful n friendly the only left down was the toilets they need cleaning n review a little more regular
love the carvery, to eat home from home. the personal was friendly. eat them nicely hot. would definitely come back when we return to blackpool.
this restaurant was very nice eating was super personal were attentive and responded quickly would recommend any case, other decor was in order
