We booked this Toby Carvery in the morning online by chance as it's an area we haven't been to before and we were travelling back from Wales to home,A lady who served us was called Hannah was most helpful,Our first observations with this lady was how she greeted us on our welcome, took us to our table, got our drinks order and took our order for our meals and explained what we needed to do when we wanted to go up to the carvery, Throughout our stay which was approximately an hour she was always within reach for any requirements we needed even though she seemed very busy she had everything under control with other diners too,Throughout our time spent in this Toby carvery what caught our atten...
I visited this restaurant with my daughter and family on our way back to Cardiff. I have to commend the staff starting from the hostess, our waitress Tina, to the chefs who all had a smile on their faces! They were really friendly and helpful, putting some of the other restaurants I've been to to shame. The food was also excellent - Tina was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you all very much!
Not one of the best Toby carverys, staff were bored and not welcoming chef who served the carvery had a long beard and hair and no hair net or gloves when serving. Asked young girl if she worked there as I wanted her help and she said yes sadly with a miserable attitude. Food wasn't great. Carrot and potato bake was overcooked and oily, macaroni cheese doesn't go with a sundaybroast and it was tastless
we had lunch today to meet with relatives. receive a great welcome from the staff and enjoyed our meal. I would like to praise Hannah who took care of us and went beyond and beyond when she was a weep on the collar of one of us discovered and she carefully and quickly removed with a tissue. excellent customer support.

We’ve been today with our 4 children the staff was amazing with us. They made sure we was all looked after Tina went above and beyond making sure our children had everything they needed. Tina also took the time to talk to the children was so polite professional! What an amazing lady she is.Thankyou everyone
We had a late online table booking at 2040 hours today; only left roast beef n roast pork with d usual sides guess by tis time, beef has gone bit dried n tough pork is tasty. Service was great n quick
Was well run down.. Needs a full refurb, from the outside to the in.. And what's will all the steps? 7 huge ones outside... Then 5 down when you get in and another 3 up then another 4 again
