Toby Carvery Stonebridge Island

The staff at this restaurant, including the manager, were extremely rude. They forgot my drink on the table, and when I asked for a small carvery, they refused because of my age. To top it off, the manager laughed and walked away. I will not be returning to this establishment. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was £10-20. I cannot recommend any dishes from this place.

I had made a reservation for 5 people at this restaurant, but received a phone call informing me that they had run out of meat. I had also attempted to book a table at the Sheldon Toby but did not initially receive a confirmation email, although I eventually did. I discovered that only 6 or 6:30 seating times were available. My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last week. Our server, Jenny, was very attentive and polite. She was very friendly and I believe she is a valuable member of the Toby Carvery team. We were very impressed and will definitely be visiting more often. The service, food, and atmosphere were all rated 5 out of 5. The price per person for our meal was between £20-30.

Delayed in traffic and arrived late by around ten minutes However was not a problem Was taken to a cool table due to the excess heat Food very good Well priced considering Excellent waitress (Emily) top marks ????

Best food had in a Toby fir a long while, brilliant choice of veg and the staff were very nice especially Michelle. Excellent evening meal and then breakfast. Five star plus in our opinion
