This past Monday I did a in app mobile order. I had a ran a couple errands before getting home. Once I was home I realized my sandwich was incorrect and the store was closed by then. I was a little agitated by my day prior to ordering and was disappointed. I reached out to them via their website by email and received a call and text from Tony today. Firstly i wanted to start this review of by mentioning the friendly amazing staff at Togo's including Michelle! (As pictured). They let me do a photoshoot showcasing some of their popular sandwiches and wraps. Some of the best pastrami I've tasted in the bay for an affordable price! After a quick talk with the staff i was also told their versatility and quick deliveries for catering, that's a big go go for you businesses and companies out there! Overall Lovely ambience in store with happy customers, dog friendly! I highly recommend coming here if you want a bright, lively atmosphere with the food to go with.
I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. I am a frequent customer at this TOGOS location. My go-to order is two scoops of tuna with peppercinis. Zack is the only employee who consistently gets my order right and charges me the correct price. He takes his time to make my sandwiches with precision and care, ensuring my order is accurate. You can tell he has a passion for cooking by the way he garnishes and presents the meal. I truly appreciate Zack's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, and patience. My wife and I visited here late July, 2024, at noon on Sunday next to Ross. There was no line and the friendly staff took our sandwich orders. They gave me a nice military discount and we found the business is family-owned. My wife enjoyed how friendly the staff was and the sandwiches were warm and delicious. We'll be back!

The prices have gone up. I was so impressed with the service. Now I am almost 70 my husband is 75. The service people when so way beyond service. When/if we can afford to go there again we will
The guy worked there last Friday, microwaved my bread instead of toasting it… say no more , everyone knows how it tastes when you overcook a bread with the microwave.
Ate here for the first time. The service was excellent and the food was magnificent. I will never eat at Subway again. I just found my new sandwich shop.
