This is a small town Iowa bar. That is the atmosphere. I like it. Not everyone does. We went for the tenderloins which ranked in the top ten in Iowa. They were HUGE and delicious. Surprisingly they have 8 beers on tap plus a lot of others in cans and bottles.My wife and I each had a tenderloin, an order fries, an order of onion rings, and 2 bottles of beer each. We couldn't finish the fries and rings. She also couldn't finish her tenderloin.The total bill was $48.It's a good place to go. Kid-friendliness: I only say that because I saw families in there with their kids.
I really enjoyed their fried tenderloin sandwich!!! Swear you can feed 4 people with this sandwich. The tenderloin was huge and also a really nice cut thickness wise as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Slight step into the building but I believe you wouldn't have too much trouble pulling the wheelchair over the little step
Ok, the food was ok.. yes, they are somewhat famous for their tenderloin... but that's pretty much it. You walk in the place, smell like burnt grease. The floor is held together with duct tape, the bathroom was dirty... so the bathroom is dirty, I can imagine how the kitchen looks. Hard pass on this place.
According to Google Maps, they were supposed to be open until 2 PM, so I drove from Altoona to Adel, picked up my mom, sister, and two nieces, all excited to try the amazing tenderloin I've heard so much about. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they were closed. We won’t be returning.

Not sure why I've waited so long to get to this place. The pork tenderloin is enough for 2 or 3 people, but it's really freaking good! The poppers were really good too. Someone got a sausage grinder next to us and I'll be trying that next. Looked amazing as well!
They've been recognized as one of the best places for tenderloins in the state, and let me tell you, it truly lives up to the hype. If you're looking to break free from the usual dining experiences, it's definitely worth the drive to Tojo's in Jamaica, Iowa.
This was our first visit, and unfortunately, we were met with nothing but disrespect. One of our friend's orders was overlooked, and the waitress had an unpleasant attitude. This is not how a restaurant should operate! We won’t be returning.
I had an amazing tenderloin sandwich and the crab legs were incredibly tender as well! You absolutely have to try the sweet corn bites; they were delicious! Just a heads up, they only accept cash.

We visited Togo's while staying with family and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, and the service was quick and attentive.
