Kindly think about adjusting your business hours in the event of an early closure. I tried to place an order while on my way, but my call went unanswered. Upon arrival, I observed that the open sign was still lit, but upon entering, I was informed that they had already closed, with staff appearing to be idle. It would have been greatly appreciated if someone had answered the phone and let me know about the early closure. I used to have a positive experience at this establishment, but encountering this unprofessional behavior will deter me from returning.
Please consider changing your operating hours if you plan to close earlier than usual. I called while en route to make an order, but there was no response. When I arrived, I noticed the open sign was still illuminated, but when I entered, they informed me that they were closed. (They were just standing around). It would have been appreciated if one of them had answered the phone and informed me of the early closure. I used to enjoy this place, but after encountering this unprofessional behavior, I won 't be returning.
My wife I have been going to this restaurant from 2020 and we have gone there at least once a month up to today's date. The food is delicious, no matter how many times you purchase the quality always remains the same. Appitizer wait time is approximately 5+ mins, main course is 10+ mins but these times varies depending on what you order. The food is worth the wait time. If you have tried this place do so now! I've been a customer at Tokyo Teriyaki for over 15 years, and I've always found the food to be fantastic. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the dining atmosphere is clean and uncomplicated. Great little family owned restaurant. Food is fantastic and prices are even better. They truly make you feel at home when you come I here. I wish I could come here more often but it is too far from the new home. I wish more than ever that they had a location closer to me. I miss this place
