Ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Vegetable Tempura Bento box dinner and though expensive, it was horrible. All chicken pieces had heavy layer of fatty skin on them and vegetable tempura was actually sweet potato tempura served cold. Once my order was delivered the staff rudely ignored me but when leaving manager asked how meal was. I politely explained the above and my dissatisfaction but he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away; no apologies nor any offer to reduce bill as I only ate the rice (dry). Personal opinion and I love Japanese food but would give this restaurant a wide berth and go elsewhere.
I frequently dine at this amazing restaurant because I genuinely enjoy its unique ambiance. The staff is incredibly attentive and well-trained, providing impressively prompt service. The food is exceptional, and I always leave feeling satisfied after my visits. The prices are also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located and decided to give it a try since it was so convenient. We were not disappointed! Every dish we had was fantastic! We will definitely return when we're back in town.
